All workshops are held from 1PM – 3:30PM at my home located at 409 E. Pennsylvania Avenue in Patagonia, Arizona. Each workshop will begin with refreshments and a round table discussion of the day’s recipes. Participants will follow and complete recipes in the workshop and then take their finished products home.
Classes are small – 2-3 participants – so that all is hands-on and questions can be addressed.
All ingredients, recipes and tools are provided. Bring your apron or clothes you don’t mind getting flour on.
